Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as food and beverages cannot be returned.
Sale items or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Return Process

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
